Dive in and ride the wave!

This last week I absolutely loved learning about how to be creative in our business and strategies. I also like how we can truly flourish when we are given the opportunities to focus on what we want to do. Creative energy definitely starts to flow when we truly can work on a subject or industry related to our passion. “The Challenge to Become” by Dallin H Oaks is great because it talks about the importance of diving headlong into what we dedicate ourselves to and not looking back.

There are many ways to start a business and while there are many opportunities, we must always be aware of what our personal abilities and traits are. If we have this information, it will make all the difference and whether we are successful or not. To know oneself is to know what one is capable of and what one is lacking. If we know what kind of people we should have around us, then we can become strong as we build a team and a culture.

There is also a strong innate sense of business that can come with a passion. If one can develop a true sense of entrepreneurship, they will be able to start or pursue business ventures/opportunities without having to worry excessively about research and market comparison. Often when one does not dive in, they lose their edge and start to second guess themselves and or their market/product. Of course, it is always probable that they will make some big mistakes, but one of the best parts of business is that there's always room to learn, improve, and grow.

If one is true to themselves and dedicated to their idea, they can see immense success and growth in themselves and in those around them. It is always a risk to dive into business, but what a great risk it could be. For then they can ride the wave of success that will take them to greater heights.
